This award is not eligible to high school seniors. Eligible individuals must have successfully completed at least one semester or term at an institution of higher education.

The purpose of the fund is to support Berks County residents who are furthering their education at an undergraduate or graduate school. Up to two electrical engineering students will be selected by Penn State Berks each year.
