The Christopher M. Stephen Memorial Altar Service Award Fund

The Christopher M. Stephen Memorial Altar Service Award Fund was established in 2017 and supports scholarships for one or more altar servers at St. Columbkill Catholic Church, Boyertown, Pennsylvania.  The award will be given to a high school senior who has served at least four years as an altar server.  The recipient shall serve during his or her senior year of high school and shall demonstrate punctuality, loyalty and reverence at the altar.  The recipient will be a person who is continuing his or her education beyond high school and who demonstrates financial need.

If in any given year there is no altar server who qualifies for an award under the preceding requirements, the Foundation shall make the distribution to the Church for use in the Church’s discretion in providing supplies, equipment, robes or activities for its altar servers.

The Christopher M. Stephen Memorial Altar Service Award Fund is not making distributions at this time.
