Berks County Community Foundation’s Nonprofit Management Certificate Program* brings instructors from The Nonprofit Center at LaSalle University to Berks County’s nonprofit community for a ten-month professional development opportunity designed exclusively for full-time paid nonprofit executive directors and high-potential staff members. The program includes three group lunches, six daylong in-person nonprofit management classes at the Community Foundation’s office in Reading with breakfast and lunch provided, and three nonprofit management webinars.
Applicants must be employed by a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Berks County, Pennsylvania. The cohort is limited to 20 participants.
In order to receive the certificate at the end of the program, attendance of all nine classes is required.
The deadline and cycle for applications into the cohort program is June 24, 2024 – July 22, 2024. Decisions will be made by August 9, 2024. This application is NOT for a scholarship or a grant towards the cost of the program. The cost of the program is $500. Payments are due by August 30, 2024. Please click here for the full schedule.
